Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

 


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

 

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

 

  • During high volume periods, processing and shipping may take longer. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated.

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (USA)

Delivery times below are estimates and begin after processing:

 

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–15 business days

 

  • Express Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days (available for an additional cost at checkout)

 

Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

 


Shipping Locations

 

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

 

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment is scanned by the carrier.

 


Address Accuracy (Very Important)

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

 

  • Trendylex is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by

 

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

 

  • If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we can reship it (when possible), but additional shipping fees may apply.

 

If you realize your address is wrong, email us ASAP at info@trendylex.com. We’ll try to update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet, but we can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.

 


Order Changes & Cancellations

We work fast, so changes aren’t always possible.

 

  • If you need to cancel or edit an order (address, size, color), contact us immediately at info@trendylex.com.

 

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

 


Split Shipments

In some cases, your items may ship in multiple packages (at no extra charge). If this happens, you’ll receive tracking info for each shipment.

 


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Marked as Delivered (Lost or Stolen)

 

Trendylex is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery (as marked by the carrier). If this happens, we recommend:

 

  • checking with neighbors/building management,

 

  • confirming the shipping address,

 

  • contacting the carrier with your tracking number.

 

Damaged Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@trendylex.com and include:

 

  • your order number

 

  • clear photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

 

  • clear photos of the damaged item(s)

 

We’ll review and guide you through the next steps.
